Stress Support System is a practical, empowering program designed to help you understand your stress and respond to it with greater clarity and control. Together, we explore what stress does to the body, how to recognize your personal stress signals, and what makes certain situations feel overwhelming. You’ll learn simple, effective techniques to build awareness, stay open, and meet stress head‑on — so you can move through challenges with more steadiness, resilience, and confidence. 

Emotional Ease Elements

Emotional Ease Elements is a gentle, grounding program designed to help you understand, navigate, and soften your emotional world. Through simple, supportive practices, you’ll learn how to recognize what you’re feeling, respond with compassion, and create more space within yourself. Each element offers a practical tool for easing emotional overwhelm and cultivating clarity, calm, and inner steadiness — so you can move through life with more confidence, connection, and ease.

Wellness Courses

Our wellness courses are guided by intuitive wellness coach Meghan Toups and offer practical tools and techniques to help you reconnect with yourself and find greater balance from within. You can explore a variety of course options through the Insight Timer app, each designed to support your wellbeing in a simple, accessible way.

These are guided meditations focused on finding balance within. Each meditation focuses on a key area of becoming mindful (creating confidence, developing dreams, giving gratitude, or surrendering stress). The goal is to gain insight by tapping into your intuition through guided meditation, allowing oneself to listen to their inner guidance

.

In Exiting Emotions, you explore what emotions are & where they come from. You learn about developing better awareness of your thoughts and beliefs that are contributing to negative emotions and go over techniques in managing emotions in a positive way. You also learn how to embrace a new empowering perspective when it comes to the situations we all go through and how to release negative emotions in order to live our best lives.

In Surviving Stress, you learn the basics of what stress does to the body, define stress, & note the different types of stressors we face. You explore why handling stress can be challenging & dig deeper into figuring out why you are stressed about something in the first place. Lastly, you learn how to take action & tune into your inner strength to discover how you can survive through any stress that comes your way.
